New Era Innovations LLC, doing business as New Era Smart AI (“New Era”, “we”, “us”), is a web development and software studio. It applies to our website, our contact and intake forms, and the phone calls and text messages we exchange with you.
What we collect
When you contact us or submit a project inquiry, we collect the information you provide (your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you tell us about your project), along with basic technical context such as how you found us, the pages you visited, your browser and device type, and your approximate location.
When we speak by phone, we keep a record of the call (the number called, the date, the duration, and notes from the conversation). Some calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes; where a recording requires the consent of everyone on the call, we obtain it or we do not record.
When you exchange text messages with us, we keep the messages, your phone number, and a record of when you agreed to receive them and if you opt out.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your business needs, schedule and confirm calls and meetings, follow up on conversations you have had with us, and improve our website and services.
Text messaging
If you agree to receive text messages from us, we will only send messages related to your conversation with us: a link or information we discussed, a reminder or confirmation of a scheduled call, or a reply to a message you sent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never share it with third parties for their own marketing. We never share your phone number or your text messaging consent with anyone for marketing purposes.
Where it lives
Your information is stored with the service providers that run our website and business systems: our database and hosting providers, our analytics platform, our customer-relationship tools, and our telephone and messaging provider (which carries our calls and text messages). Each processes it only on our behalf and only to provide its service to us.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email newera@newerasmartai.com and we will take care of it. To stop receiving calls from us, tell us on the call or email us and we will add your number to our do-not-call list. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message.
