These terms apply to the website of New Era Innovations LLC, doing business as New Era Smart AI (“New Era”), and to the phone calls and text messages we exchange with you. The content on this site, including the work we showcase, is ours or is shown with our clients’ permission. You may browse and share it; you may not copy it to present as your own. The site is provided as-is, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Inquiries and calls

When you submit an inquiry we will contact you about it using the details you provide. Our staff may also call businesses to introduce our services. Calls are placed by a person, during business hours, and you can ask us not to call again at any time; we honor that request.

Text messaging program

Program name: New Era Smart AI messaging.

What you will receive: when you agree to receive text messages from us, we will send messages related to your conversation with us, such as a link or information we discussed on a call, a confirmation or reminder of a scheduled call, or a reply to a message you send us. We do not send promotional text messages.

How you opt in: you agree to receive messages by telling a member of our staff during a phone conversation that we may text you at your number, or by texting us first.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email newera@newerasmartai.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of our website or our messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
